Privacy Policy
How the Guardly team handles the information you share with us through this site.
Guardly is a product in early development. This website's only purpose right now is to describe what we're building and let security companies join a waitlist. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or submit your email, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form:
- The email address you provide.
- The page on our site where you submitted (hero or final CTA).
- The referring URL, if your browser shares one.
- Your browser's user-agent string (e.g. "Safari on iPhone").
- A timestamp.
When you simply browse the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically log standard request metadata — IP address, request path, user agent, response code — as part of normal web-server operations. We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels on this site.
What we use it for
- To contact you about Guardly's product launch, early-access opportunities, and pricing.
- To understand which parts of the site convert (e.g. did you sign up from the hero or the bottom CTA).
- To respond to any message you send us directly.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not enroll you in any mailing list outside the Guardly waitlist itself.
Where it lives
Email submissions are stored in a Google Sheet owned by the Guardly team. Site logs are stored by Vercel under their standard data-retention policies. We don't run a separate database or CRM today.
How long we keep it
We retain your email until Guardly publicly launches and you either become a customer, opt out, or ask us to delete you — whichever comes first. After that, we'll remove your contact info from the active waitlist within 30 days unless you've asked us to stay in touch.
Your choices
You can email us at any time to:
- See what we have on file for you.
- Correct your email address.
- Have your information permanently deleted.
- Opt out of any future communication.
Send the request to guardlyrobotics@gmail.com and we'll handle it within a few business days. We'll honor these requests regardless of whether your jurisdiction (CCPA, GDPR, etc.) formally entitles you to them.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's CDN, which may set technical cookies under Google's policy. The waitlist form posts to a Google Apps Script endpoint, which Google authenticates with its own cookies in their environment. None of these are used by us to track you across sites.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Waitlist submissions travel encrypted to Google's servers and rest inside a Google account protected by the Google security model. The number of people who have access to your data on our side is intentionally tiny.
Children
Guardly is a B2B product aimed at licensed security operators. The site is not intended for, marketed to, or expected to be used by anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Updates
If we change this policy in any material way, we'll update the effective date above. For people on the waitlist, we'll also send a brief note describing the change.
